The opportunity
As we enter this pre-planned "window of opportunity" to decimate global economies so we can shape the "recovery", this initiative will offer insights to help inform dictators of all nationalities determining the future state of global authoritarianism, the destruction of national economies, the priorities of the elite and their bankers, the nature of extreme population control models and the management of a global unified adult daycare center. Drawing from the authoritarian vision and vast expertise of past totalitarian regimes which inspired the Fascism’s modern day global oligarchy, the Great Retard initiative has a set of austerity measures to crush all free spirits with a new social contract that eliminates autonomy and privacy and finally clamps down on the dignity of every human being.
